Bob Kramer - President Bob is the President of Microcision LLC. After receiving a B.S. from Boston University he joined the sales and marketing department of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons. After 10 years of various management positions throughout the United States, he joined Microcision in 1991. Since taking over as President, Microcision has become a state-of-art industry leader, experienced sales growth over 700% and received the CHASE "Emerging Business of the Year Award" for the city of Philadelphia. In 2005 the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce awarded Microcision with the Small Business Excellence Award for Manufacturer of the Year. | |

Marisa Puente - Supply Chain Manager Marisa joined Microcision in October 2003 as Materials Manager. She was subsequently promoted to Production Control manager and the Director of Operations. She is responsible for management of manufacturing and manufacturing resources and the day to day operation of the facility. Marisa has a BS in Finance from Rowan University, is an ISO certified internal auditor and speaks fluent Spanish. |

Anatoli Krivoruk - Director of Engineering For over 40 years, Anatoli has established an incredible engineering career that extends from Eastern Europe to Israel. In addition to years of hands-on machining experience, he has taught at the college level. At Microcision, Anatoli works directly with all Cell Leaders and supervises process development. |

Luda Pevzner - Office Manager Luda joined Microcision in 1994 as a Production Supervisor. She has extensive experience in CNC machining for the medical device industry and a degree in Computer Programming. Luda is the voice you regularly hear answering Microcision's phones. She handles all daily office functions including order entry, shipping and customer service. |
