Microcision is located in a thoroughly modern facility just outside downtown Philadelphia. Continuous investment targets the most sophisticated systems and machining technologies. Advanced CNC, Swiss Type, 5 Axis Milling Centers and wire EDM produce the most complicated miniature components as efficiently as possible. All products are inspected using vision systems, CMM, optical comparators, binocular microscopes, as well as digital inspection equipment. Product is delivered on time and as required including passivation, anodize, laser marking, complete assembly and packaging.
From design, product development to full scale production, Microcision's capabilities include complex drilling, cross-drilling, turning, threading, and milling of implants and instruments.
Microcisision utilizes a full range of advanced Swiss CNC, 5 -Axis Milling, EDM and many other types of advanced production equipment. Finishing, Assembly, Cleaning, Inspection and Packaging are all performed by staff members with extensive training in our custom designed facility.
